So, reading on Paula's site about the Ph level needed for dye to properly react with  the fiber she mentions that the level required can be between 10.5 to 11. She denotes that this is for cellulose fibers.

Since I primarily use silk with FR dyes and soda ash I was curious as to whether the Ph required is the same or is different?
