Hi!  I'm new to this board and wanted to post about a project I'm doing.  I was given 30 or so brand new white jersey t-shirts with redsilk screened messages.  I'm cutting them apart, folding the prefolds with the pattern facing inward, sewing them and dyeing them.

Has anyone done anything like this before?  Any suggestions for making it work better?
